The innovative craft brewery New Brew, opened in the spring of this year, is now in full swing, with capacity to produce 30 million liters of beverages per year and 2400 kegs per day. Three varieties of the new regional brand “Zhashkivsky Kaban” and four varieties of keg beer under the New Brew logo are already presented in 35 000 retail outlets across the country. Yuri Bykoriz, Director of Beer Development, recently gave an exclusive interview to the specialized media All Retail to share the history of the company’s origins, to open up about the behind-the-scenes production process and to share the goals and ambitions.

At the end of the interview, Yuri Bykoriz expressed his views on the prospects of the new venture: “We are confident that New Brew has all the necessary resources to achieve its goals and expand the market for our products to anywhere in the world, such as: a strong production base, the ambitious product portfolio that we plan to expand, a well-developed distribution network, financial resources to support and promote new products, and a strong team of professionals”.
